Gala Entertainment FAQ
Where does the show fit in our run of show?
Strolling runs while guests arrive and during the silent auction. The show works best after the main course and before your program, so your guests are still with you when the appeal begins. I'll plan the timing with your committee.
How long does the entertainment run?
Strolling runs up to 90 minutes. The show runs 45 to 60 minutes, and a feature moment 15 to 20 minutes.
Do you need a stage or special setup?
Strolling needs no stage, no sound and no setup. For the show, I'll send a short tech rider and work with your venue and AV team.
Can you customize it for our cause?
Yes. A short questionnaire before your gala, then themes from your mission woven through the show, and a finale that celebrates everyone involved and your cause.
Is your fee all-inclusive?
Yes, with no hidden costs. After a short call, I'll send a clear recommendation and quote.
Do you carry insurance?
Yes. I carry liability insurance and provide a Certificate of Insurance on request.
How far ahead should we book?
As soon as you have a date. Fall and December are the busiest months for galas and holiday events.
Do you travel?
Yes. I'm based in Denville, NJ, 45 minutes from Manhattan, and I perform throughout New York, New Jersey and nationwide.
